NEW SDI & TDI Training Staff

Scuba Diving International & Technical Diving International is proud to announce the newest member of the Training Department staff; Larry Green has joined the headquarters staff to aid in the development of curriculum and maintenance of current standards.

Green's years of experience with overhead environments is a tremendous addition to TDI. He is currently Assistant Director of the IUCRR (International Underwater Cave  Rescue/Recovery), sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Cave Diving (NACD) where he is the Training Director, and was formerly a training committee member for the National Speleological Society - Cave Diving Section (NSS-CDS). Green was the 2001 recipient of the prestigious Paul Meng Award (most active instructor) and also the "Bill McFadden Award" for his work on the Eagle's Nest Project. Among his other great achievements, he had the honor of being the first instructor for the Cis-Lunar MK5 rebreather, and the first pilot on Bill Stones digital mapper in Wakulla Springs where he was a major part of securing the data for permits for the 1998 Wakulla 2 project.

Larry Green's unequaled level of experience is a great addition to the SDI/TDI training department. SDI/TDI HQ is excited to incorporate his new ideas and material into the future curriculum.
